Buddgy AI is a smart budgeting application that uses artificial intelligence to help users track expenses, scan receipts, categorize spending, and manage group budgets.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Buddgy AI only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users’ experience.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Buddgy AI — including but not limited to design, code, AI models, and branding — are owned by Buddgy AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Buddgy AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information provided by the app. Always verify important financial data independently.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
