This Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy explains how paid subscriptions for Budggy Ai work.
1. Subscription Plans
Budggy Ai app may offer free and paid tiers. Paid features may include premium tools, advanced exports, AI-enhanced workflows, storage or usage benefits, and other premium functionality.
2. Where Billing Happens
If you subscribe through Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellations, and certain refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms and billing systems.
If Budggy Ai is later offered through another app store, billing for those purchases may be handled by that platform.
3. Renewal
Unless cancelled, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period in accordance with the platform you used to purchase the subscription.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Canceling stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel charges already processed, except where required by law or platform rules.
5. Billing States
Depending on platform rules and payment status, subscription access may change if a subscription becomes:
- active;
- in grace period;
- on hold;
- canceled; or
- expired.
Where applicable, premium access may remain temporarily available during a grace period and may be limited or removed if billing is not restored.
6. Restore Purchases
Where supported, you may use the in-app “Restore Purchases” function to re-check your subscription entitlement.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing or packaging from time to time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
8. Refunds
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, refund requests may be subject to Google Play’s billing and refund rules.
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
